Pre-Production

Using comprehensive Gantt charts, the project management team tracks the progress of each project, down to the smallest detail. We review and update the charts weekly, sharing them with you on a regular basis.

Materials Management, Assembly and Run Off

As your single-source supplier, Merrill Engineering & Integration maintains a vast material inventory to support production needs. Prior to delivery, we assemble your system and perform a run off to demonstrate the system's statistical capability and allow for further debugging.

Installation, Service and Support

Once you – and we – are satisfied that your system operates as defined, we’ll install it on your site. A final run off ensures that it functions properly. If needed, we’ll provide full schematics, operation manuals and documents and operator training.

Merrill E&I’s service continues as long as you own your system. Our in-house service team is available to answer questions, schedule service and take orders for replacement parts. In addition, strategic partners abroad support our global customers’ needs.
